I recently gave my device a factory reset and upon re logging in, I discovered my mining credits were all lost and was started at 62 coins out of 480plus I had accumulated and your admin is unpleasantly and arrogantly unhelpful putting the technological error on my shoulders. I am highly devastated coming from a very poor background.

Not happy your app requested I upgrade under starcoin next I lost my long mined coin above 4000 USDT with my referrals all gone. Please see if your team can fix this for me.
